Ingredients

1 cup warm almond milk

1 Bartlett pear

cored and sliced

1 McIntosh apple cored and sliced

2 tbsp almond butter

1 •À__" chunk fresh ginger

1 tbsp honey

•À__ tsp cinnamon

•À__ tsp turmeric

sprinkle of nutmeg (optional)

Directions
  • Blend all ingredients in Omega Blender on high 5-7 minutes until hot & steaming

  • Pour into mug and sprinkle with nutmeg (optional)
